1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation.

After Shipping:

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to Section 5: Return Process).

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, clothing items must meet the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

4. Delivery Policy
Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Exceptions: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Shipping the Return: Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund:

Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds: May be issued if the item shows signs of wear or is missing tags.

7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items received upon delivery.
